Well, after some gurgles and hot starts, i must say goodbye to my water cooling rig, i ordered a monster heatpipe cooler for my q6600, and the sucker is heavy, which im not going to be mounting vertically (even though they say its fine on the site) . I always liked the cube cases, but the few that are ATX form factor for my motherboard wont allow me the room for my new heatsink so, off to freeze's trusty tool shack to build my first case. This one is gonna be made of wood, which by the grace of god im decent enough with. After drawing out a simple template on photoshop, THE CUTTING BEGINS!
everything went without a hitch so far, lets see what the outer walls will look like
so far so good, now some glue and screws
and some extra support on the bottom, i dont want this thing falling apart when i stub my toes on it
ok clamped and glued now wait for the damn glue to dry ugh.........
more to come
